Harnessing natural light and nature connections

From the very first step inside, Arch House has been designed with emotional wellbeing at its core. A vast, planted lightwell runs through the centre of the home, creating a powerful sense of connection to nature and drawing sunlight deep into every level. This design not only floods the spaces with natural light (known to regulate mood, boost energy and enhance cognitive performance), but also creates calming views that soothe the mind from multiple vantage points.

A flowing journey through the space

As with many of our other projects, we thoughtfully prioritised flow and connection across all four floors of Arch House. A grand elliptical staircase acts as the sculptural heart of the home, with the soft, sweeping curves of the staircase inviting gentle movement between spaces. 

Carefully-designed spaces to recharge, connect and thrive

This home offers nine private bedroom suites (each with their own ensuite), providing nurturing personal retreats that support both privacy and relaxation. Meanwhile, three reception spaces are strategically placed across two floors, balancing openness to accommodate those important moments of connection, celebration - or calm reflection.

A sanctuary for wellbeing and recreation

A true sanctuary for holistic living, the 5,812 sq ft basement level of Arch House  is dedicated to supporting wellbeing across multiple facets. A 14 x 4m swimming pool sits at its centre, alongside a jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room — all designed to encourage restoration. A fully equipped gym, private cinema, and wine cellar complete the space.
