Duration
No lengthy tender or contractor mobilisation periods – which take a minimum of four months. XUL selects the contractor(s) to handle your construction and avoid these delays.
Price predictability
Removes uncertainty from price fluctuations, inflation and market conditions. You get a fixed price which is reviewed by a quantity surveyor and guaranteed for three months.
Ease and efficiency
Reduced admin and stress. XUL is your single point of contact, overseeing all aspects of the build. This includes consultants and managing all contractor relationships and invoices.
