And we’re ingenious and innovative, not only in our design, but also in overcoming any hurdles in the logistics of your project. We’ll bring all our ideas out into the light and we’ll always take a ‘can do’ approach – but at the same time we’ll be clear and honest with you if something needs to be rethought.
Because while a beautiful home is the aim, it’s just as much about enjoying the journey to get there.

Kensal Green’s first known mention dates back to the mid-13th century, when it was one of the 10 manors of Willesden, and takes its name from the old English for King’s Wood. The area is also a popular spot for people that have been priced out of the nearby Notting Hill, and other regions. However, with a population of under 20,000, the district has maintained its peaceful presence as well as its cultural identity.

Located in Zone 2 of the London Underground, Kensal Green station offers fantastic transport links into central London while an annual pass to Zone 1 costs £1,404. Bus links and other transport infrastructure are very good while nearby places like Notting Hill and Kilburn have plenty to offer too.
Crime rates in Kensal Green are below average while schooling facilities are good. For families and professionals alike, this is easily one of North West London’s more attractive areas.
