What is the difference between a self-employed architect and architecture studio?

An architecture studio can sometimes provide more comfort and security than a one-man band, as they often have more resources and broader, more detailed experience.

There will always be someone in the architecture studio for you to talk to, and because there will be more than one person working on your project at one time, there will be no issues when someone is away or sick.

Members of an architecture studio can also work collaboratively together to bounce ideas around and refine design solutions to the best that they can be. We can group together experience and expertise so we can cover a wide range of aspects of design, from planning to sustainability to construction details.

Here at XUL, an esteemed architecture studio, we have invested greatly in creating our own systems and way of working that help us run projects efficiently and consistently so we can focus our time on design. Contact us to see how we can work together.
