You can treat this as a shopping list, deciding which services you’ll handle yourself, delegate to others, or want our assistance with.

The interior design services elements will then also integrate into the Tender package sent out to the Contractor. This ensures that as much as possible is priced before the contract begins, providing clarity on the overall cost. If we’re appointed for specific services within our interior design services package, we’ll organise quotes for various items and directly pass any trade discounts to you.

You might decide to appoint a specialist consultant for some packages, like the lighting design. We can request quotes from a lighting designer for the initial design. We’re very accustomed to coordinating the design with multiple specialist consultants on a project.
